I know quite a few "smiths" that have stopped using Kiff for this very reason.

I’ve ordered at least seven maybe eight reamers with go gauges through the years from PTG and been lucky I guess. I probably just jinxed myself LOL. I could just settle with this Finish reamer I have now but, I foresee myself really liking this cartridge so I’m going all the way with it and want it to be as perfect as I can get it.

I wish it was easier posting pictures on here. I have several I'd like to share. Anyway, My "20 Dogtown" project is complete and I can't be happier ! Consistant low teens standard diviations running 3550. Sub 1/2" MOA out to 250 yards. 55gr Bergers using Varget and plain ole WSR primers. I really think the Midway 22 Dogtown brass is the secrete here. Now for colder temps and prime fur.
This thread stated out as 20 Nosler but ended up being 20 Dogtown. The picture above is my new project compaired to a 6XC (which I also love). |

Wyoming D, is the 22 Nosler brass large or small primer. I had a bunch of Nosler 22-250 factory ammo from the buy one get one program several years ago, shot a few in a couple new barrels, decided to load them back up. Rem 9.5 would not seat deep enough, will have to uniform the pockets. Wondering if you had any primer issues?
