I’ve used IMR 4320 in multiple 17 Rem rifles with good results.

25 gr vmax should work.
4320 has been my go to for 30 years. PS use R-P 7.5 primers!!

I've used a bunch of H414 and currently on 2520. Considering using Varget when I finish this batch of 2520 loads.

I will confess to owning 3 firearms chambered in 17 Remington.
I usually reach for this one first: Remington 700 VSS Berger 25 grain MEF-MOLY, Varget 24.5 grains, Remington 7.5 primer.....3780f/s

The only primers I would ever use in a 17 Remington cartridge are the Remington 7 1/2 or the CCI BR4 primers.
I've tried most of the powders listed here in the 17 Remington, and they are all viable options. JMO - BCB
