It’s always a pleasure to read....
Your posts LeRoy! Funny I was also thinking that your attention to detail and photos belong in a book or blog,it’s just like you have taken us right along with you on these wonderful trips.I hope the genius doctor figures out how to help you.Glad to hear that the 20 VT has a new admirer,it sure is a joy to shoot and works all out of proportion to its small size.Reading your posts is a true joy and is a direct connection to the early days here on Saubiers site.Thank you for taking the time to share your adventures
Matt

17VLD--Thank you for your kind words, but running a blog sounds like way too much work for this old retired geezer. I just want to sit around and relax!!

Good for you!
I've been wondering how you were getting along with that POS they stuck in your back. Mine's out of reach, can't recharge the thing because of that. don't recall that it helped any either. Just too much hassle wearing myself out trying to get the pad over the battery pack. No pain from though, just about the only thing that don't hurt. Get out while you can and enjoy things. Sure looks like you've got plenty of targets. Ten per hole, better take more ammo and less NAPS. Ha! Stay well up there now that the sun's out.

Prone and back pain don't go well together. At least getting back up after laying prone for very long does not!

Saw my pain doctor today and he determined that my battery pack was too close to the surface of my skin.. I'm scheduled for corrective surgery on June 12. He will remove the battery pack and then use his fingers to deepen the pocket. He will repair the area where the battery pack had been, replace the battery pack deeper inside my back and staple it back up. WHY DIDN'T HE DO THIS 6 WEEKS AGO???? Hopefully this will make the pain disappear.

Shucks LeRoy:
THey have to wait a certain time span before they can bill and get paid full charges. that's why. Good luck, that shouldn't be much as long as you can tolerate the drugs they use to put us out with again. And don't infect. That infection is what wrecked my knee implant the second go round. Had it put in in Oct, then fell and busted the knee cap, 5 months later fixed that and infected. Hope you have better luck.
