Same place it is on this L461 222 Remington Magnum and on a 222 Remington L461 and a 223 Remington L461 that are twins to this one. All in a gun safe of mine. Rear sight "Noexisto"....

my memory tells me they offered a rear peep that fit the dovetail rather than a rear traditional sight. if I am wrong someone will tell me.

Some came with a rear peep sight in the box and some didn't. If you noticed the box end, it shows that this one came with the rear peep sight. I have no idea if its still in the box or not.

I always check out the L461's, but when I saw that I had to follow it. What a unicorn. I am guessing high $2k's for it. I am really tempted to probably make my wife a bit angry.
