Default Can anyone ID the maker of these bullets? pic

Left bullet is 17 caliber, 32.5 grains. Right bullet is 20 caliber 33 grains.
Both have the same distinctive hollow base profile.

They came to me packaged in 2mil zip lock bags with the caliber and weight written on them, but no maker. I have had them for about 15 years and can't recall the maker.

I have compared them to the following makers and none have the distinctive hollow base:

Certech
Badger Ridge
Schroeder
Unmussig
Lucas

Tony Rumore
Tromix

I’ll look when I get home, pretty sure I have bullets just like them Tony.

Wonder if they’d be like NoName or black hole bullets? I think the BH bullets was known for the clear tip.

There’s a one or two other names that I cannot think of right now.

The ones I have that look similar to yours are 19, 22 and 25gr Calhoun

I do have a bunch of diamond tipped .204s from black hole

Calhoun is probably correct, since I recall having some, but after organizing everything, there are no Calhoun marked bullets on my racks.

Thanks, Gary.

I know Blackhole produces cup base in both calibers but not that weight. For the life of me I cant remember who they bought their dies from. Reeds may be another potential match as the profiles are similar to bullets they produce.

Appear to be one style that Black Hole bullets does use.

Penalty just the way I’m looking at it but the bullet on the right appears to have a different shaped HB (I like the looks of).

The bullet on the left has a HB that looks more like my Calhoun bullets.

With the ogives also looking different, they may actually be from two different bullet makers?

Not the best pictures, but the Genco bullets were all flat base and the Calhoon bullets had a dimpled bottom.
