Default 22 ppc

I am working on a 22 ppc .254 neck using new lapua 220 Russian brass
I need to neck turn some and need to bump shoulder back some. The question I have does it matter what I do first?
thanks

Default Alycidon is on a roll

Again +1 on his wisdom. The neck length could change a bit (longer) after bumping.
