I'm using an old Delrin .17 MachIV guide from Sinclair made for a Cooper that seems to work well.

I'm using one made by Xxxxxxx on the forum (he's not making them any more). He made one for me that works both for my .221, and by adding adding a step-down piece, my .204, as well.
Since I was doing well with it on those two rifles, I tried it on my .22 Hornet and the new .17 Hornet, as well. It works, and works well. I used it today, in fact. I'll be heading to the range on Sunday to try out the new .17. |

I had Eric at possum hollow make me one, did not use the 22 hornet guide.
Eric makes them very quickly and is great to work with. Dave |

It is Mike Lucas, Yes, they are GREAT. He makes them at a good pice too. I have them for all my guns. I actually have a few for guns I don't even have yet if that tells you anything.

His price was $63. I believe my Possum Hollow was less than $30. Dave |
