Get well soon. I would think that bending over a shooting table would be GREAT therapy to stretch your back a bit.

Dean2--I was thinking the same way you were, but the surgeon said sitting and bending my back were activities he discouraged!!! He recommended NO long rides in vehicles and lots of other activities that would NOT be conducive to me recovery. Oh well, I guess time will pass, but it sure isn't going along very fast!!!

The more enjoyment you're getting and the faster the time appears to go!
And vice versa unfortunately for you Silverfox.
Wish you well.
Ken.

Freakin doctors are NO FUN AT ALL. Usually right, but no fun. I had Cataract surgery a couple of months ago and I couldn't shoot anything with more recoil than a 22 for 6 weeks, but I can now see better without glasses than I ever could in my whole life. Have 20/20 and 20/30 vision now. Only down side, is I used to be able to read the Lords prayer on the head of a pin, now I need readers AND a magnifying glass. It has made doing fine work on guns a lot more challenging.

Hope yours works out as well or even better.

Not sure about the first colony in the article, but I definitely recognize the second colony from the photograph.

Leroy hope the surgery went well, I've been thinking about you and meaning to call.

See what you get when you chase little white balls around? Should stick with crawling around amongst cactus, cow pies and pd mounds. Sorry to hear about your experience, get your rehab in and it will be sooner than you know until you're ready to go. We haven't decided on a date yet, but will let you know. At least catch lunch, hopefully. Take care, Tom.
