Default Shooting the new Texas Golds

Shot a couple groups with the new 30 Golds yesterday. Just posted the details on my blog.

30 Golds are back!

Now I just need to kill a few coyotes with them .

Default Thank you Dave

Great info on your Blog.Very happy to hear that these new Golds are so similar,I thought they might be a bit different, but they seem like they should kill coyotes just fine.I am sure a lot of folks will be very pleased with them.I am sure Montana will only get better as he makes more of these bullets.

Only thing I can say now is, I am glad I bit the bullet and got my order in now.... He is going to be "busier than a one armed paperhanger" now as my dad used to say. Now I am thinking I should have doubled the order but I have some for now. I think I will still set on a box of the originals -- some day someone will think they are collectable.

Default Just talked to Montana..

Super nice guy.One thing he did say was that he spoke with Berger and they will sell him more jackets. He needs too buy a lot at a time.I am glad I got some coming now.Very hopeful this venture works out.Looking forward to his 20s also.

Does he have a web site?

How much do they cost ?

Will a 1 in 10 twist work with the 30 gr bullets?

Thanks

Hal

I enjoyed the write up. Always good to see more options available in small caliber stuff.
