I have the EP innovations annealer, no problems or concerns with it. I've done 20 cal (204R, 20 P) and 223, 22-250 and 6BR. Don't have a 17 H, so can't help there. Quality machine, simple to adjust for different brass, and rotation speed or time in flame as well. Just have to use it or play with it to become familiar with it. He even provides a list of parts used to build, so you can get replacement parts as/if needed. I've run mine long enough at one time to anneal 4-500 20P brass with no issues.

There are a few utube videos out there by other buyers as well.
