17 Fireball and AA2200

[Varmint Shooter]

In my 17FB I'm using AA2200, 18.9grs. with the 20gr Varmeggeddon, FBTipped,
just under 4100 fps. Very accurate and deadly on p-dogs.

Tried it in mine. 19 gr of A-2200, 20 gr Nosler Varm. gave me 4100 fps and a groups of .850"

I am a bit late chiming in on this. AA2200 and AA2520 are not the same, very different burn rates. AA2230 and X-Term are pretty much in the same when looking at published data.

I have not tried 2200, seems like everything else though. The 17FB is so much fun to shoot you can almost wear out a barrel trying the various options if not careful.
