Fireball Bushing
I just bought my 1st S-Type Neck and Full length dies for a .17 caliber. I'm using Nosler brass for the 17 Fireball. Any suggestions on what bushings to get ?

Measure a loaded round and select the bushing based on what neck tension you want.

As above but ballpark, either a .199 or .200. I use a .199 for Remington brass.

Good mornig. Yes I understand about measuring and deducting .002 for neck tension. I find it interesting hearing differant opinions and preferances on neck tention. I have at least one cartridge in most calibers. I''ve had an Arbor press for at least 25 yrs now and always buy a Wilson Strait line seater for a new caliber along with a set of Redding S-type dies and a Vickerman seater. It sure is nice feeling the bullet seat with an arbor press. When I find the tenision I want I start seating with the Vickerman. Anyway, I was curious on the bushings others preffer using with the Nosler brass.

Just a heads up, Nosler brass has approximately two grains less capacity than the Remington brand. My load of 17.3 grains of VV133 and 25s in Remington overflows the Nosler.
