Speeedy recovery Ken
Good to read your post Ken and know that you are recovering. I will attach something I use daily as a stress reducer which will hopefully assist in your recovery as well. I personally love Native American flute music, and Jazzlyn Rose playing "Sun Circle" has become my own special prescription for daily healing from all the BS we are inundated with continually anymore. I hope you will enjoy my adding this so you too may heal and fully recover. I'll be 80 myself in November. Charlie

Hey Guys:
Note from Ken 8pm his time today: "Sitting out in the field in a lawn chair waiting on a fox to come along" Wife drove him out, sets up 20 feet away and she was going to pick him up, would be dark in an hour. Hell of a deal!!!

Sounds like Ken is "getting better" by the hour. So happy to hear this.

Sounds like a nice, relaxing way to spend an evening to me.

Two nights in a row he was out.
Again tonight, took his 12ga and rifle both. Sent a picture. Hasn't said if he's seen any fox. He did get one just before the health ordeal hit. Had set an open can of cat food out. Shot a vixen then. Moved it, and waited. Had another he was just about to pop when the farmer came out to lock the gate real close to Ken. Didn't know he was there. fox spooked. Apologized all over the place for ruining the shot. Main thing is he's getting out there.

Ken is having short of breath problems.
Over doing it too soon again. Walked downhill ok, going back up he got very winded and spent the next day in bed. IF he eases up, he should get over it in a couple months. Went hunting third and fourth days. He can't sit still for long, goes nuts on forced idleness.

I am glad he is getting out, but maybe he is pushing it just a little too fast, especially if he has some uphill walk/climbs. He needs to take it just a mite slower and be patient. Know that can be hard to do, BUT..

Take it easy, Ken. Every day in a hospital sets you back 3-4 days in recovery.
Take it one day at a time to get your strength back slowly and not all at one time. As old men, our bodies can't handle that. -BCB.
