She did it again...
...Michelle Gallagher, Saubier.com member, Berger Bullets employee, and your 2014 Long Range High Power Rifle champ at Camp Perry. There's just something special about winning one at Camp Perry.
http://www.nrablog.com/post/2014/08/...mpionship.aspx And by the way, a Hornady employee recently had a pretty good day in Missuori. http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com/...s-in-missouri/ Last edited by RareBear; 08-26-2014 at 08:29 AM. |

That is indeed special! I have a friend whose daughter is a National Rimfire Silhouette Champion, she make it look so easy and has since she was a little girl. Tough to get yer clock cleaned by a lady in a supposedly guy sport . Lets keep it amongst us fellas here but I think a lot of gals have a natural edge over us gun tote'n guy types, at least a lotta the gals I've worked with who were just learning seemed to.
At any rate, a big Congrats to Michelle!!

Her and her whole family have been doing this since Michelle was
just a lil kid. Friend Jack has been a RO at Perry for many yrs and watched her grow up and get better every year. Fine shooters. Hey, don't matter to me who does it, IF they can outshoot me, I'm fine with it. Just more competition, though I'm not a very competitive type. I've won my share of match's, and outshot quite a few guys that had a hard time accepting it (one former hunting partner on here even) over the yrs. Those days are over though. That's the part I find hard to suck up on. I guess a "has been is always much better than a "never was". At least that's what my comeback was to the step dau's mouth. Thanks for sharing, always good to hear. NRA mag recently had a 15 or 16 y/o girl that bears watching. Even beat her Mom recently. Too bad I forgot her name already. Some of you others have read it. Come on, put her name out her too. I congratulate all of 'em. Didn't intend to hijack this, apologize.
