Last I tried with HPB I paid and never got the brass. Had to do the PP reverse after several months of no answers. Caution advised

Another site that sells the formed 17 FB, is Sleeping Giant Brass. You might check them out also.

I used Sleeping giant about a year ago and they sent me 300 221 FB formed brass. So far it seems to be fine, just needed to be neck turned for my 20 VT neck.

HPB seems to be GONE.

And doing water capacity testing is probably the only valid way to make the comparison. And if you are going to get into brass forming, contact "pbike" from accurateshooter for a set of his forming dies and get an extended shell holder for those short cases. I tried doing it with FLS dies first and the lube vent hole caused neck problems that I could have never imagined.
