It isn’t too late…

Having some difficulty posting photos but clicking on the above link should display a ready-to-go rifle available for duty. Please contact me for photos that can be texted or emailed to you.

Several members have contacted me for information about this rifle. Following is the basic information:
CZ 527 American in 221 Fireball.
Bob Green of York PA chambered a stainless 24” 12 twist 3 groove varmint weight PacNor barrel in 20 VarTarg.
Bob bedded the barrel and action in an olive and black HS Precision Pro Series stock.
Bob also installed a JP Custom bolt handle, 30m Warne rings and a Timney trigger set at 2#.
I have Bob’s invoices for his work.
Shot count is well under 100 rounds.
Rifle functions properly as a repeater.
Original parts are available. Also have brass, dies and scope in photo available at additional cost.

PLEASE NOTE: Price for rifle only is $1,650 + $50 for shipping.

Please let me know if you have questions or would like additional photos.

Thanks,

221 Fireball. Interested? Let me know what it is worth and you will likely have a barrel. Also have the original parts Green removed when customizing the rifle.

Default 20 VT accessories

Guys, I have 500 rounds of new Lapua 221 Fireball brass (blue box, all same lot#) that will be available after the rifle sells.

Rifle is a .234” neck that is no-turn with Lapua brass.

I’ve been been looking for a 17 Hornet for a buddy of mine. Not only have the guns dried up, the barrels are really hard to find now too. I had a 223 in an HS Precision stock. It was a dandy outfit. I gave it to a nephew. When I went to buy another one of those stocks, the mold got damaged and HS Precision is not going to replace it.

That is for sure. I checked out CZUSA and their on line order section. They don't even list any 527 barrels any longer. Sad really.
