Well I didn't vist the shed with the wailing wall so didn't get too many photos of the targets but did get some of the results
As you can see in this Helen and I didn't fare too well on in the LV100 But some shot pretty well, Jeff Graves (USA) 1st, Francois Luciani (Luxembourg) 2nd and Lloyd Miller (Canada) 3rd while Carlos Pacheco (France, on the left) shot a small group. A real nice 0.066" at 100yds I also managed to snap this pic of team USA, and I just noticed Walt is missing. Last edited by Kiwishooter; 12-14-2019 at 06:37 AM. |

Ian: I want to take a moment to say I sure Thank you and Helen, for all the photo's of the trip and the shooting scenes, the information and comments about all of them. Glad you enjoyed and had such a good time on all of it and shared it with all of us here. I am sure I am not the only one that enjoys this adventure of yours. Thank you very much. Bill K

Very much agree with you Bill.
Not only this trip, but, all of their trips. I think it's great they can make such a trip every other year or so. They've seen more of the US than I have even after driving OTR for ten years. Not only have they been able to see so much of it. They've been kind enough to share with all of us. Very few of us have been able to make such trips even living here. I doubt many on the board know their names: Ian/Helen Owen, his name on the shooters list is down at #62. Better than I'd be able to do. Thanks Kiwi for being kind enough to share with us.

"Every Shot makes someone happy" - That's a good one, Kiwi.
Can't win 'em all. Was very nice to meet you both.

Thanks for the kind words everyone.
One evening all the competitors, partners and guests had a social evening with good food and company. Walt gave a bit of a speech and got a standing ovation It was back to trying to make small holes on the second day and I made a couple of changes which seemed to be quite beneficial, especially for Helen. HV 100 results We were using V133 and all the lots I've used up until this lot have been quite clean, this lot seemed to be quite dirty. Last edited by Kiwishooter; 12-16-2019 at 07:26 AM. |
