Saw a couple of Coopers on GB
Noticed 2 Coopers on Gun Broker, one in 19 caliber and the other in 17 Squirrel. I have no connection to these...…….

Not only are there "F" feedback ratings back in 2013 if you look closely on his other listings it comes up an entire different city and state. Seller also had some "F" ratings as a buyer in 2015. The Squirrel has no bolt in the picture. I have emailed the guy twice to see if a bolt comes with the gun. No response from him. I'm getting scared about dealing with the guy now.

Tried to email the seller of the 17 Squirrel again and got an error message that sellers account has been disabled. Looks like those 2 Cooper they listed will in fact not find a new home after all. Really sucks because I'd love to own either of them. Huge fan of the Model 38 and always wanted a Squirrel!!!

More then a few were sucked in. The Squirrel got one bid and ended. The 19 Hornet had several bids and ended just over $1500. I messaged that guy multiple times. His loss. I would have bid at least $1500 on the Squirrel.

How much would a replacement bolt cost for it? I asked if it came with a bolt and got no response.

To have Cooper replace a bolt it's $200. But I do not know if they have any Model 38 bolts since it was discontinued. Darn shame the guy wouldn't respond to any of us. I bet the winning bidder never sees that rifle in person.
