To my knowledge the only company making a 222mag bushing die is L.E.Wilson. Their die is for use with an arbor press and only sizes the neck. It does not size the case body or bump the shoulder. I had Jim Carstensen at JLC Precision convert a standard 222mag fl die to a fl bushing style die. Info on JLC follows. He does excellent work, but is generally quite busy and at times difficult to contact. I have best luck calling his cell phone.

Can you not use a 222 Rem bushing die? They are all over!
I bought a 204 Bushing Redding Die Set from Midway....but that's a 30 degree shoulder. Seems the 222 die would be the easiest!

Default Thanks John and Bill

I could order a special made die with a shoulder bump. Not sure if a standard 222 die would work in my Forster press. I might experiment with my Jones 222-30 die to see if that will work. I have Jones bushings for the 222 cal.

Thanks Again.

Chuck

It has been a number of years since I had JLC convert a die to bushing style, but I remember his cost as very reasonable;i.e. $30-$40 plus shipping.
