I really enjoyed that. I especially enjoyed the showing of the then new 5MM Magnum, mine was a 592 . Got to put some faces to names I recognized from the past, what a hoot!

Thank you for posting this. That's the coolest thing, just to see the process, the history of making firearms and how it was presented to us back then. In 1969 I was picking out my first 12 gauge auto loading shotgun at the age of 14. I had the choice of a Winchester 1200 or a Remington 1100. I chose the Remington because it was so sleek and well balanced, I thought. A really crazy part of this story was that I was in rural northern California and I was choosing these guns from the local dealer which was also the local liquor store. Handguns, rifles and shotguns sold along side liquor, beer and of course a great selection of Northern California wine. How things have changed.
