I located a new encore barrel stub kit made by Eagle View Arms. Anyone have any idea what it is worth? Thanks

Didn’t think a stub kit had a caliber and length!
Ken.

I think that’s possibly an early model for the “Sweat fit” barrel.
Later ones were threaded inside for the barrel to screw in. Ken.

I have a Contender kit at home. It will not close on our G2 frame. I need to put some layout die on it and see where the interference is. I intend to put a new take off 1:9 barrel off a Howa Mini on it and chamber it to 219 Donaldson if I ever get around to it.
I really am not sure what a current value there is on them. They were made a few miles from where we live. Last I knew there were videos on the internet walking you through barrel installation. |
