Is this just the brass or loaded rounds ? title says brass but then says 400 rounds , just asking as there's a lot of confusion on the price here . Will this be offered by the bag if not sold in bulk ?

You may be onto something there. $30 per box of loaded ammo is probably about the going rate -- lists @ $33 per box.

That would cast a different light on this, wouldn't it?

It will not be split up and sold only in the bulk of the 400
