Daryl, you may have saved me some trouble. I have and use Calhoon single shot adapters in four of my 527s. They work well, guess cabin fever had me looking for something different. The rifles shoot very well, wish I did some days! I do have some Hornady 35 GR loads that work well in the magazines. I am retired and don't need to send a volley of lead at anything. It is hard to slow down and enjoy what you can, spent my working life as a slave to the clock! I will keep Calhoon's address just in case.

I found, in my CZ Hornet, that 35gr. Vmax's, that shot into 3/8" at 100 meters, were making 2 1/2" groups (5) at 200 meters. They went all to hell past 150.
I was only driving them at 3,200fps. Maybe they would do better if sped up a bit.
40gr. Ballistic Tips and Vmax's were making 1/2" groups at 200 meters when driven from 3,200fps to 3,357fps Muzzle Vel.
