I shouldn’t be interested like this but am.. is it a 1” or 30mm tube. I suspect it’s a 40mm objective and probably just not seeing the obvious, sorry

Could you post a photo of the actual reticle looking through the scope? Hard to tell just exactly what the reticle is from the label on the box.....or is the reticle exactly like on the label?
Thanks,
Steve

How do you think it would work for shooting crows? I have several 6.5 x20's on my various seventeens, with the fine duplex. The problem I am having, is that the macula in my right eye has a conical pit dead center in it, and the intersection of the fine crosshair "wiggles" or sometimes vanishes completely for a short time....ophthalmologist says nothing to be done about it....makes shooting tiny distant objects even more challenging....after looking up the "leupold dot"it have a 1/2" dot on the tapered crosshair, and got to wondering how that might work out for "not losing the intersection of the crosshair" when crow shooting??? I have some EFR scopes with the 1/8 min target dot, and it's totally unusable on crows as you lose the tiny dot against the back crow....

I know the 1/2" dot would be unacceptable for for target shooting, but am thinking that it might be ok against a crow at 200-300 yds? Do you have any thoughts about this?
Thanks,
Steve

I really like the VHR for shooting smaller targets at a distance.

Scope is sold but the dot would be great on crow size targets at those ranges...

Sorry it's sold, but thank you for the confirmation that it would work well for my application.
