Default Reamer mixup

Turns out the 20 Garin reamer I got was actually a 20 GminR reamer - based on 327 Federal Magnum case. interesting idea, but the barrel was in the lathe, threaded and coned before it was discovered, so I was hoping to not have to wait the 12-16 weeks it's going to take to order a fresh reamer. On the other hand I think I like the 30° shoulder on the badger/spitfire better than the 40° and would prefer a no-turn or skim turn option rather than turning to .010 on the Garin. If I don't find a suitable one I will order my own.

Drew, how things going mate?

Could you not get hold of a 19 badger reamer to do the initial cut then run run a neck reamer?

Best of luck with it

Johno
