A fellow on another forum mentioned this as well. He can pull lots of brass in it since it is made on several different levels. He runs it for an hour plus on time.
From the time I take my brass out, make sure there's no stainless media left in the cases, put it on the rack and then the dryer, it's a 10 minute job. I like the idea of the dehydrator, but I would never have that much brass at one given time to dry. |

However, bolt gun brass is so clean that I can see how using white rice would be sufficient to handle a light cleaning and polishing. Are you doing anything different or extra to clean the primer pocket/flashhole? Thanks |

water spots? Can not get them dry?
First world problem. Makes no difference, just a feel good I suppose. As to not getting them dry, put them next to the heater and come back in a day. This is just fixing a problem that does not exist. I suppose everyone to their own, but if a water spot on your brass is your biggest shooting problem I would be happy. Bill |

My drying process is really easy...no water spots. Pick a day where you won't get heat stroke from 15 minutes outside. Spin cases in covered media separator to get rid of steel pins and extra water, and then roll around in beach towel. Lay brass out on patio in the sun for an hour...bring oven mitts to handle the freshly dried brass.
