Not a great deal of published data for25-45, so, most use the max load data for 6x45 (same bullet weight) as a starting load for the 25-45.
Something to do with expansion ratio on larger bullet base. (Beyond me).

I've got one, I really like it, got good loads worked up, for small game and deer,
85 gr serria Hp for deer, 80 gr blitz on goats, getting 2950 with CFE.223 and a 80 gr blitz, the 85gr is at 2850, only a couple goats shot, but made short work of them,
Have taken rifle to New Zealand, to replace a old Sako .222 for a dual purpose deer and small game, will get a chop back to 18" and a over barrel suspressor fitted.

I use the 8208XBR powder in a 6X45 bolt action and also a AR-15 rifle. Both shooting 80-grn Sierra Biltz #1515 bullets. I'm getting right at 3000fps with 27.0grns of 8208XBR in my bolt gun and 2839fps out of my 20" AR-15 rifle.
