Default Rem recall!

I’m always a bit slow to the finish line....but I’m surprised to learn Remington recalled (Not the first time) rifles fitted withXMark Pro triggers.
I thought(Probably wrongly) that the Xmark Pro was because earlier triggers could sometimes lose interest in doing their job correctly.

Don't feel bad. I didn't know about it either and the recall came out in 2014. I have a few that had the affected trigger but they were scrapped and replaced by aftermarket ones.

If you "Google" or otherwise use any of the various other search engines that are available, type in the brand name with the word "recall" and you can quickly find just about any recent or past recall made on various models, etc.

It works not only for firearms but for a host of other things too. I check certain things every one in awhile and its surprising what recalls might have occurred for a lot of different items. Cars aren't exclusive to recalls or product advisories and the whole process takes maybe five minutes of your time if you're interested or wondering.

Absolutely correct, BCB. In addition to cars and guns, lot of other items, like appliances, and especially kid stuff like car baby seats, stroller, toys, etc. Ruger just did a recall on a Ruger American pistol a couple of days ago.
