I liked the FN5n7 and it was reliable, this was a friends and a pistol I'd like to get someday.

For what it is the PM30 is a neat pistol but they malfunction too much as a serious consideration for a self defence pistol. Fun gun though.

As the saying goes, you fight with the pistol to you get to your rifle. In my case a PDW, I have the FN PS90 in 5.7x28. That thing is very reliable and accurate. I have it near me at night and with 50 rounds on tap I don't feel undergunned.

Plus it will defeat soft armor. With a 25Y zero I aim top of head with the RD or where the neck meets the upper torso for an across the room shot when practicing because of the bore to scope height. You'll hit mostly center mass, well belly button at 100-150 and it's centermass again at 200Y

It ranks towards the top of my favorite guns for a good reason, and it cocks easy.
