I have to ask, did you shoot it out or?? Your probably going to have to have someone turn down a blank and fit to your gun. I would watch Gunbroker and ebay, otherwise the barrel will be much more than the cost of the gun.

Default Shot it out

Yes I shot it out. Somewhere between 8 and 12 thousand rounds. I am thinking of switching over to a Ruger 77/17 as this looks like it will take ~ $500 to put a new barrel on the CZ then rebedding and refloating. Ruger barrels are much easier to replace.

The Ruger 77 rimfires switched to screwed in barrels about 10 years ago so they will be the same as the rebarreling a CZ, look for a older rifle if you plan on it being easy.

I am very surprised you have shot that barrel out that soon. CZ barrels are very hard material compared to most other 17 HMRs. I have seen Anschutz barrels shoot out at 20,000 rounds but never a CZ. I sold one CZ 452 with 30,000 rounds through it and it still shot under 1 MOA. I have one now with 20,000 and it shoots the same groups it did new, about .75 MOA. Have you tried giving the barrel a good cleaning with Wipeout and then a polish with JBs?

To answer you original question Lilja makes replacement barrels for the 452. You have to phone them to order because there were so many different contours over the years. You can order them pre-contoured, chambered etc. Under no circumstances wold I recommend the Ruger. Even a shot out barrel out shoots most of them. I would get a 455 CZ with the replaceable barrels long before I ordered a Ruger.
