Default 308

Today I purchased a 788 Remington in 308 and the guy gave me some military ammo marked 7.62 mm, NATO made at TWIN CITIES ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT, there is also a box marked HI-VEL INC. by the head stamps it appears they used military brass? Most is marked WRA,( Winchester)some is stamped LC,(Lake City) one is TW(Twin Cities) I never heard of them but apparently they are still in business in UTAH.

If I recall correctly, 308/7.62 should all be non-corrosive, as it predates WWII. I have found some LC, TW. RA, etc. brass for 30-06 that are definitely corrosiove. Conversion to non-corrosive priming compounds start in 1953. Even have some RA43 with a larger than normal large primer. Doesn't the U.S. military brass have dates on them?
