Default Bullet making video

Found this video in an auction on Ebay for dies to make .223 bullets, it looks very painfully slow and crude to me, interesting however. Larry

While I applaud the effort to move the die onto the ram where it belongs, you still can't overcome the leverage issues of the reload press. You can see it in the way he had to work at it. De-rim dies should not be hard to use! And most brands of todays cases work better when annealed AFTER de-rim. I probably make a dozen sets of these a year - the reloading press ones are always harder to use. On the reload press a lot of guys make the draw rod too long. JUST long enough to get the case drawn and stuck inside when withdrawn is right. Let the next one push it through. This lets you use as much of the press leverage as possible. He is a thinker though! Kudos to him for trying new things here.
