Default CZ 527 221 FB--- Pre Fit Barrel

Other than Pac Nor, is there a company making pre fits for CZ 527?

I didn't even know that PacNor did it. I am glad to see that something like that can be procured.

I video recorded all of my Highpower Rifle matches. Pretty soon I am going to watch them all in reverse order so that I can watch those F Class guys GO HOME and leave us alone so that we can shoot Highpower Rifle.

As you may be aware of, PacNor isn't making anything right now.

Their web site still shows that they hope to be back in business by June or July after rebuilding from their fire.

IIRC, I've bought either 7 or 8 barrels from them and each time I had them install the barrel. What does that have to do with anything? They are still not taking current ready to deliver orders at this time.

I have no idea if they did pre-fits and never commented as such.

Shilen used to make pre-fits, but for 98 Mausers, seems to me. I don't know if they make others.

I seem to call that some of the barrel makers would do a pre-fit, but it would be chambered short, so the final chamber could be done quickly for headspace.

I got one barrel, once, that was chambered .010" long. I first threaded it up for the action with the long chamber, using 57mm brass instead of the 2.035" for the ctg.
I called the new round the .260 CLC and it made within 50fps of my .264 Win Mag.(22")

I've since shortened the barrel for the normal .260 Rem. and it does very well. It's on my daughter's 1953 Mauser action.
