While there are many excellent levels available, I was looking at this scope level http://www.21stcenturyshooting.com/Scope_Level.php

He has some nice gear there.
I am not a serious benchrest shooter but have shot it pretty competitivly a few times. I have never seen a level on any competition rifle not that I have seen many. Anything that gives me an extra .1 on my agg would be worth it. A |

I have NEVER witnessed a benchrest shooting competition, but I think I have seen levels on the shooting rests these folks use. If they have their shooting rest level and have a big old wide flat bottomed forend, I'd have to guess their rifle/scope will be level.

Silverfox nailed it. The rest is leveled and the fore end design keeps the rifle level in relation to the rest. For the most part, we can't do that in the field so a scope level comes in to play.

anti cant device
Go to a long range match or an f class bet you don't see a rifle without one. Out in the field on a bipod or on your rotating bench whatever without an anti cant
device your probably not repeating real well especially moving around a lot p dog shooting. Really an inexpencive simple useful tool. sgtg |
