Default Accurate 2200 for non lead 17 hornet

My go to powder for the 17 Hornet is Accurate 2200. At 13 gr behind a 20 gr vmax in my CZ 527, I get half inch or better groups at 100 yards. Being a Calif resident I have load non lead bullets. I've been reading many comments on different forums regarding powders used for the non lead bullets and have yet to read where someone is using A2200. Any ideas why this powder would not be a choice here? I'm looking to use Hornady's 15.5 gr NTX

It may shoot well with 2200 and the little 15.5's but I'm guessing it may be a little on the slow side for the lighter bullets and you probably couldn't get enough 2200 in the case and velocity would be quite a ways off of the faster powders like 1680 and faster.

I agree with B23. For the 15.5 I would try 1680 or CFE Black.
