I shoot a 20 PPC was set up for the 55's with a 9 twist. It's under 1/2 MOA out to 500 yds and pushes them 3450 fps. I just built a 20 Nosler with 9 twist and was hoping it would get 3600 fps with 55's but didn't quite get there. Still playing with it. Have a reamer for 20 Blitz which is a 20 PPC with 40 degree shoulders and will probably get 150 fps improvement. Haven't found a set of dies so still on hold.

The 55's make great PD round and recoil is soft enough to spot shots out to 500 yds

I believe Whidden bought most of Brad's company items and could well have or make you a set of 20 Blitz dies. You might check with them.

Thanks Bill, I have spoken with John Whidden a couple times. Unfortunately he doesn't have any dies. He's happy to make a set but they fall into custom die special order. Therefore I am still hopi g for a USED set of dies. Probably long shot

Thanks everyone for the replies and sorry for the slow response. I wasn't able to access my account for a while. I'm still considering the 20 Beggs (or 20 PPC) shooting 55s but I'm now considering the 20 vartarg with 32s, 39s, 40s, and possibly even 55s based on some of the comments.

The only thing holding me back from 20 VT is that lapua discontinued its 221 fireball brass and I'd prefer not to use nosler if possible. Does anyone know of any shops with lapua fireball brass still in stock? I reached out to ADG and they'll make 50K brass of 20 VT for $50K. Just need to find about 150 others to go in on it with me

My suggestion is use reformed LC 223 brass made into 20VT with same year headstamp.
