It alright, I dont mind, I have a lot of experience with the bigger .17's and used to run a load of IMR 3031 with a 25 gr bullet at 3000 fps. for fox hunting.

But my experience was a little lacking with these small .17 cases. I bought the CZ 527 hornet. I think for what i need it will do great on cats and marginal on coyotes. Luckily I do have good decoy, trapline dogs that are used to trailing so as long as they die pretty quick I should be ok. But I'll start out with the bigger rifle and switch to the little rifle for those cats.
