Default Hornady 17 caliber 25 grain HP

Midway USA has the Hornady 17 caliber 25 grain hollow points on sale at $90 for 500.

I thought so too. Although the discontinued ones were #1710.The ones midway have are #1710B. Hornady may have started making them again. ????

They are listed as "New Arrival". I don't know if Midway asked for a run of these bullets or how they came to be but they are listed. There seems to be some demand for the 25 grain hollow points out there.

Does it matter ? If you want them, you had better get a order in.

It would be great if Hornady started making these again. Never understood with why they stopped in the first place seeing as most coyote hunters love them over the vmax.

Question is do you trust ordering from MidwayUSA without being able to contact them by phone any longer?

I have ordered via online purchase, for serveral items over the last couple weeks and all have came or are on the way. No issues. I never call them landline. Bill K

Good to know Bill. I just wonder how efficient they would be if an order was wrong?

I just can't get my head around running a business without phone contact. I can see placing an order yourself would free up staff but when an order go's wrong they should have a dedicated phone staff to solve the issue.

Understand your point. It is nice to be able to talk with someone, in person, and know then and there what action will or can be taken i.e. exchange, etc. Bill K
