Case neck turning holder?
What brand/type of chuck are you Guys using to hold the 17 VHA cases while turning necks, and can it be powered by an electric drill motor/screwdriver? Everything I've found is for the .223 and larger.

I use a universal case holder with a 3" broom stick at 90* to the chuck
for a handhold. I have the turner rigged for the battery drill. Handy and fast. Kenny

Don't try to hold the case solid at both ends. I use the KM turner with the Sinclair drill cade holder. The neck should be allowed to wobble if it has to. This prevents a thick and thin sided neck. If you use a tool like the Forster you'll end up with necks that aren't uniform if they aren't perfectly straight to start with.

I had ordered the case holder from Sinclair but "I" ordered the wrong one.
Got the "correct" one and it's on the way. We'll see how that works. The one that I was thinking about uses the primer seating shell holder. Sometines it better to read "all" the discriptions in the listing. |

Showed a picture of the Universal like I use but my handle runs cross way Then the turner is on the drill. That turner will burn a person if you really get to smoking. Kenny
