Default What do you guys use for powder dippers? I'm having static problems.

I'm using the Lee powder measure kit, the little yellow plastic dippers, and I'm having a lot of trouble with static. I tried dryer sheets, but H335 and CFE223 are really bad. When I get the dipper near the powder, the powder literally jumps out of the pan on the scale and back on to the dipper. Tapping in a few extra kernels is tedious since I'm putting some in and the static is taking some back out at the same time.

What is everyone using for powder dippers? Does someone make aluminum ones? I switched from plastic funnels to the Hart aluminum powder funnels and they are much better so I was wondering if someone made metal dippers.
