I'll second that! may even want to go Mink if it isn’t too close to leaving a crack in the mink mouth????
I salvage/recycle all the brass like this I can and that is also how i came about building a 17 short mag (a short 17 CCM)

I love to this little pistol to much to rechamber it 100 yds .379 10 rds all day long. I get 4 reloads without annealing the brass, 20 gr v max 9.2 gr n120 = 3178 fps on a 12 inch barrel. The groundhogs hate this gun. I am going to look into getting set up to anneal brass, do you guys anneal after fl or before thanks

Joe, it does'nt take much to get set up for annealing. I use a small refillable butane torch. Chuck up a socket in the cordless drill driver, dump the annealed brass in a small pan of water and blow dry it with compressed air. That is it other than a dark room. You can buy a few different cool machines but, for most of us it simply is not needed or justified. I've never even felt the need for Tempilac, though it is inexpensive. Not shooting anything like you are talking about. However, I anneal after four reloads instead of throwing them away after four!
