Default AR-15s

painful as it is I will have to part with a couple of my AR-15s. will post them soon. need to pair down my collection before I have to register them.
I may legally sell them before March 15th, 2013 to a private individual, must it must be shipped to a registered FFL dealer.

pictures soon

Q: What if I want to sell my gun out of state, does a dealer need to perform a NICS check?
A: No. You can sell your gun out of state, provided you follow the laws of the state. Federal law has certain restrictions on shipping guns between states that you should consult before making a transfer.

Sorry to hear that. It's a stupid world we're living in. People here in Md may have the same problem if O'Malley gets his way.

If I were you, I would ship them to a relative or friend out of state. I would not sell them nor regester them in NY state. If there not in NY state they don't have to be registered and they can still be owned by you. It is perfectly legal to ship a firearm to yourself care of anther person in another state with out the use of an FFL ....they are not suppose to open the package only you. Hopefully the SCOTUS will stick it to the state of NY and you can have your gun shipped back.
