How is the length of the 7 action compared to the cz 527? I'm a big fan of having the action fit the intended cartridge. I hate 2 in of slop and the added length changed the balance. I wish shilen made a model 7 trigger. I have one on a 700 and its the best trigger I've ever pulled. Total cost 85 dollars. After using it I would have paid 250.

I'm not sure the triggers are different from the 700. It's an x-mark pro - maybe they are interchangeable? Fyi - shilen's triggers are now $110.

shilen model 700 triggers work. you have to buy rifle basix safety kit for another 30 or so and cut and reweld the safety lever. model 7 sticks out less than the 700. how do I know? all 4 of my model sevens have them.
