Default 20 caliber Bullets Availability 2020 .204

Good morning, I thought it would be beneficial to know what bullets are available in .204 or 20 caliber. Below is the list I came up with. Feel free to contribute edits and additions.

I wasn’t able to find NoName Bullets or Badger Bob on the net, or at least listing .204 bullets.

It seems that some have stopped producing them.

Thank you, Peter.

Don does not have a web site. Sales are done by phone. (804)320-1165 He will make most anything you want. 20’s from 25gr to 62gr, ogive from 6 to 15, flat base, long BT, medium BT, or short BT. He has been making bullets since 1976! I had a very pleasant, and informative conversation with him today. He makes bullets for other small calibers as well. It sounded like he makes custom bullets as opposed to stock on the shelf.

Discontinued -
Berger 50gr LTB
Berger 55gr
Hornady 45gr

Badger Bob and Reed's also have 20 calibers in various weights.

Thanks guys! I updated the original thread as much as I could.

This began while searching for bullets for my 1:10 twist Sporter walking varmint rifle. Hart didn’t offer the 1:11 when I bought it, and I felt 1:12 was limiting.

Thanks again, Peter.

Thanks for putting in the effort PeterS. I'm building my first 20. It's a 20-223 AI on a Remington 660. I'm going to use a shorter Varmint weight barrel on this one, another first for me using something that heavy. This will help me get started. So far, I only have the Speer TNT waiting for the rifle to arrive.

Does anyone here know if this phone number posted on the Home page is still valid for Don Unmussig?

I don't know, but one way to find out is dial it up and see if he answers.

Ok, Bill. Dial away.

I have no desire nor need to find out for myself. I have a lifetime supply of several different 17 caliber bullets that meet my needs and I hand swage my own 20 caliber bullets, so its not a make or break deal for me.

I've seen a couple of people here asking and a couple of others talking about ordering from him. I was just trying to get them together.

What is your motivation?

Sierra has a new 36gr 20 cal Blitzking bullet they are using in their Sierra 204 loaded ammo. This new 36gr BK isn't available on its own, just yet, but it will be soon.

Sierra developed this bullet specifically for all those 12tw 204's that are sometimes marginal for their heavier 39gr BK.
