It's available now. Grafs had it in stock and sold out immediately. Fifty round boxes for about $40.

I bought a used Model 43 WIN in 218 BEE with a Old El Paso Weaver K-6 or K-8 Scope on it in 1963. This is one of my all time favorite rifles, it is like an old friend. And have shot about every kind of Varmints I ever heard about, with it. My Model 43 Win in 218 BEE is just a great rifle and very accurate. But my rifle is getting Old and fairly Expensive now. So I shoot My CZ 527 in 22 HORNET, most of the time now and it is extremely accurate. To see a CZ 527 in 218 Bee and 218 Bee brass available again would for me be a dream come true. I called CZ in Kansas City a few years ago and asked if they could make me a 218 Bee in a Model 527, but was told they could not. I sure think CZ would sell a bunch of them if CZ would only make them.
