Default 17 Fireball evening walk

Thanks for the board assistance with my sticky Model 7 extractor. I was worried it might act up again last night but worked just fine. I hit a new farm and discovered some nice, long shooting alleys with groundhog heads bobbing around off in the distance. 3 fell last night using my Remington M7 Predator and factory 20 grain Accutips. Haven't had many 'long' shots lately so enjoyed stretching it out to 220 and 240 yards. Best part - absolutely no wind at all. Next trip I'll use another spot and hopefully get some longer opportunities.

Wow, that looks like great walkabout country! Very nice Furball you've got there too.

Thanks for sharing, it appears you had one very good evening with your rifle.

Good looks Chuck country! It ain't always about the distance and some of my most memorable shots are with my scoped S&W 617. Looking forward to 06/30 when PA allows semi's and my 1911 will be on my side.
