Default .20 ppc ??

Maybe it's a waste of time, but I've had the hots for a .20PPC. From what I read there's not a whole heck of a lot diffence between the .20 Tac(Which I love) and the .20 PPC. But, I have a Rem 6.8 SPC action and the PPC case seems to fit fine in the bolt face. I'm thinking a 1-9 twist barrel. Am I wasting(or gonna waste) my time and money??

NOPE. You will be very happy and surprised by what the PPC will do.

Ditto, If I were you I would use a 1-11" Twist. That way you know the 40's will stabilize and you can still shoot the 32's at insane speeds. I am having Kevin Weaver build one for me and I have a 9"twist, I wish I could have had a 11" on there. Chuck Miller can still stabilize 40gr's @ 4000 fps out of his 9" twist, so there shouldn't be a problem with it other than the stress induced from the RPM rate.

rifle, or case for the 50, or 55 gr bullets, I am thinking. That is why I would have the hots for that caliber.

Default 20ppc

My 20ppc shoots the 50gr Berger's very well, it just won't anchor a feral pig at 280yds like a 40gr'er will. I was using 32's for fireforming out at my place and they shot equally well and produced several 1 shot kills on pigs in the 60-70lb range.

Adam are prom queens usually smart? Not at my school they weren't!

Nice analogy though!

If I'm not asking to much, how are you doing the case forming? I have some SSA 6PPC brass. I've made .22PPC cases out of new .220 Russian brass before, but that's been awhile ago.

I have a 1x11 Krieger barrel on my .20 Tac, no complaints at all!

Default forming brass

I'm using a Redding 20ppc S bushing die to size the necks, using 220 Russion brass. It sizes enough of the neck to chamber and makes good brass out of my rifle. Having said that mine is a 231nk which is designed to use 220 Russion without neck turning. Depending on your chamber you might have to turn the brass, my loaded rounds are in the 228-229 range.
