Default Happy Veterans Day

I want to wish all of those who have served this great nation a Happy Veterans Day. Thank you all very much for your service, and your dedication to protecting our freedoms and the ability to share and practice this passion of ours that is the outdoors and shooting.

Thanks!

That was a long time ago ('66 - '69), but still very fresh in my mind. I was one of the lucky ones who never saw combat, but the service experience was something I never, ever regretted. (If y'all are fans of M.A.S.H., I was "Radar," the company clerk).

Thank you all who have served our great nation. I have been thanking those I can tell have served, usually their hat give away their service, and I have had a few ( out of probably 300) mention they didn't see "action". My reply is, it doesn't change my thanks, you still protected our country and could at the drop of a dime be in harms way.

And an extended thanks to those who have family members who served or are serving.

To all, please extend MY thanks to your family, and friends, you will see today. 2 of my son and daughters classmates served and lost their lives, and it is very hard for me to understand how their generation volunteered to put their lives in harms way .

Sorry to cut my thoughts short....

Allen

Default This is OUR day

Sincere thanks and gratitude to all my fellow veterans. Lest we forget, please include thanks and gratitude in your prayers to all our fallen comrades who did not return home as we were fortunate enough to do.

"Remembrance Day", "Veteran's Day". For most of us, it is a time of reflection on our past, remembering and thanking those who have fought for our freedoms in past, and current wars, thanking the heros who are no longer with us - thanking them in prayer, and verbally or in type, thanking those with us who have and are currently serving.

My thanks to all. I will and do remember.
