Default 22 Garin vs 5.7 Johnson Spitfire

Can anyone enlighten me on the difference in these cartridges other than neck wall thickness? Thanks for your help.

Another question; has anybody done any business with Garin lately? I can't seem to get any response from them in the past few days. Thanks for any help. Joe
