More range work today yielded results. As suspected, it wanted more neck tension to clean up the vertical. This was the best 5 shot group...nothing went over the mid .2's even in some twitchy winds. -Al
In regards to 4198. revisit it with load starting @ 22 grs. My 11 twist Pac Nor peaks pressure much sooner than what your loading at 22.5 grs.
